Refund Policy

​This Refund/Revision Policy (”Policy”) is a legally binding agreement between NovaRising
Consulting Group LLC (”Company”), a Texas Limited Liability Company, and the client
(”Client”). By engaging with the Company’s services, digital products, or consultations, the
Client agrees to the terms herein.
- Refunds: - No refunds shall be provided for digital products, professional services, or
consultations unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written contract of purchase executed
between the Company and Client. Any refund eligibility, if offered, will be clearly detailed
within the specific agreement and is at the sole discretion of the Company. - This Policy
limits the Company’s liability, and the Client waives any right to seek refunds beyond the
terms of a contract, protecting the Company from claims arising from service delivery or
product use.
- Revisions: - One round of revisions is included with professional services, subject to the
terms outlined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) or contract. Additional revisions
may be requested at the Company’s discretion and will incur additional fees as agreed upon
in writing. - The Company is not obligated to provide revisions that alter the original scope
without a new agreement.
- Limitation of Liability: - The Company, as an LLC under Texas law, shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services,
digital products, or consultations. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client under
the applicable contract, consistent with Texas Business Organizations Code protections for
LLC members.
- Governing Law: - This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in
Tarrant County, Texas, and the Client consents to such jurisdiction.
- Entire Agreement: - This Policy, along with any executed contract, constitutes the
entire agreement regarding refunds and revisions, superseding all prior understandings.
Amendments require written consent from the Company.
